BEVERLYWOOD BULLETIN- APRIL 14, 2023

OPEN BOARD MEETING: Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at 7:00 PM; attached is the agenda
for your reference. Zoom link information can be found on the resident portal of the BHA website. 

SEMI-ANNUAL MEETING: Thursday, April 27, 2023, at 5:30 PM we will be back at
Castle Heights Elementary. Details of
the meeting will be sent to homeowners before the meeting and posted on the
resident portal of the BHA website www.BeverlywoodHOA.com.
This is an open meeting, and we encourage Beverlywood homeowners to attend.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
The association is currently seeking active volunteers to join the
Design Review Committee and the Landscape Review Committee.

The Design Review Committee which
reviews applications for new and upgraded houses has an opening for one
member. Persons interested ideally
should have some experience in architecture and house design.

The Landscape Review Committee reviews
applications concerning the overall landscape design and seeks members with
experience in landscape planting, design, and hardscape. Arborists or tree
knowledge would be a plus.
