BULLETIN- APRIL 21, 2023

SEMI-ANNUAL
MEETING: The Association will be hosting its
Semi-Annual meeting on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at 5:30 PM at Castle Heights
Elementary. This is an open meeting, and we encourage Beverlywood homeowners to
attend in person. Attached is the
official notice and agenda, which can also be found on the Beverlywood HOA
website.

Please note that the Association will do
everything in its power to live-stream the meeting. As with all technology, there may be technical
difficulties and the association cannot guarantee that the live stream will
function properly. Please keep in mind
if the association is able to live-stream the meeting, there will be no
monitoring of chats or capabilities to address the board during Q&A. The
best way to address the board is to join the meeting in person or send your
questions via email ahead of the meeting to [email protected].
