all Beverlywood homeowners:

Over
the last few months, your Board of Directors has carefully reviewed the
community’s Rules and Regulations to bring them up to date, and in line with
the CC&Rs.
Before putting these into effect, we want to give our homeowners the
opportunity to see the changes and comment, if appropriate.
Please see the attached “Red Lined” document.
Black text – existing Rules and Regulations.
Red text – proposed changed or new R & Rs.
Red text with a line thru it – deleted from former R&Rs.

If
you wish to comment on any of this, it must be sent by email to [email protected], to arrive by
Wednesday, July 19^th.

There will be an official notice via
postal service for commenting within the next month or so. This is just preliminary.
