SECURITY: Reminder, If you see something say something. This morning a female was seen taking pictures of random homes down Guthrie, Post ensured the subject exited the community. Stay vigilant and report. 

BOARD MEETING: Beverlywood homeowners are invited to participate in our Open Board Meeting being held on Tuesday, September 19 at 5:30 PM.

TRASH: As a reminder, trash cans must be kept behind side gates.  No garbage cans, boxes, yard trimmings or other rubbish shall be placed on a Lot visible to a street, except on the day before and the day of trash pickup.
